JF Men is a ministry of Johnson Ferry where men can connect to other Christian men and pursue their kingdom purpose together. We want men to simply be the men God made them to be. To be kingdom men on a mission. JF Men primarily consists of four focuses to help in this pursuit:We want all of our men connected to other men on a regular basis.  The focal point of our groups is Authenticity because when men share their authentic selves with each other, it gives the group the ability to go deeper and help each other further.  A surface level group will simply not grow. Find your men, be authentic, and grow together.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”  2 Corinthians 12:9

Men love adventure.  There is no better way to connect Christian men with others in their community.  Ventures are men’s events that you can invite a neighbor, coworker, or any of your friends, and they will have to opportunity to connect with Christian men outside the four walls of the church.  Connect with your neighbors through adventure, create a great story with them, and find opportunities to see what the Gospel can do.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power & love & discipline.”   2 Tim 1:7

Because of the lack of male leadership locally and globally, there are many missions opportunities for men to make a significant impact.  It is just a matter of getting plugged into the right opportunity for you.  Missions is a significant priority at Johnson Ferry as we seek to reach the world for Christ.  A full listing of Johnson Ferry mission trips can be found here.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.  Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”  Luke 10:2-3

As men get further into their careers and as they build their marriage and family, they begin to realize how much they have to learn.  Decisions and priorities get harder, and it is an immense asset to have an older man that can come alongside to guide.  It takes a great deal of humility to take and to give guidance between an older and younger man.  Our goal is to build bridges between generations and create a culture of mentoring and discipleship within Johnson Ferry.

“Clothe yourself, all of you, in humility toward one another, for God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”  1 Peter 5:5
